Testa's Description:
Testa's is well known for their famous steaks, seafoods, and desserts. There are four popular dining rooms, featuring indoor or outdoor dining.
In 1921, the year it opened, Testa’s was merely a tiny soda fountain with half a dozen counter seats and a few tables. About a decade later, Michele Testa opened Testa’s north in Bar Harbor, Maine. Today, the Palm Beach Testa’s is one of the island’s landmark eateries, a massive restaurant---an empire. Both restaurants have grown to epic proportions, and the Palm Beach property is as generous in size as it is in menu, a family-style eatery with something for everyone. Locals know Testa’s best for their renowned steak for two, a tenderloin carved tableside. Sunset specials include surf and turf combos for well under twenty bucks. Continental menu items are overshadowed by Italian-American specialties such as crisp calamari, veal marsala, and zuppa di pesce. A vast array of chilled seafood salads is ideal for hot Palm Beach afternoons. Brunch is jam packed with tourists from the Breakers Hotel (just across the way), and the crabmeat omelet reigns supreme. Finish off any meal with Testa’s strawberry pie.
