First Watch Restaurant Description:
When anyone suggests breakfast, the first place usually mentioned is First Watch, a family-style restaurant with no-nonsense service, strong coffee and some of the best pancakes in town. Everyone feels right at home, from business types meeting over coffee to families and seniors. We like the banana crunch pancake studded with granola---they're the size of the plate itself, so we just order one. Kids go for the Belgian waffle served with a side of blueberry compote and whipped cream. For a big appetite, the omelets are the best bet, like the Greek Fetish loaded feta, spinach, roasted red peppers and topped with black olives and red onions. Or just order a simple plate of eggs over-easy with bacon and toast.
