Shephard's Waterfront Restaurant Description:
If you haven't been to Shephard's in a while, the menu has changed. Creative items include the chicken basil portobello (pan-seared and tossed with penne pasta in a demi cream sauce) and the tasty lobster and scallop fra diavolo (a seven-ounce lobster tail and diver scallops pan sautéed and served over linguine in a spicy tomato sauce). Another entrée is the twin lollipop pork chops, char-grilled with the chef's choice of finishes. Some Florida seafood standards also persist, such as a fried fisherman's dinner and a surf 'n' turf, and the buffet remains Shephard's most popular option, especially the crab legs, prime rib, lobster bisque and clams-on-the-shell. If you've still got room after the all-you-can-eat, there is an impressive dessert bar with house-made pies and cakes. Check out the Sunday brunch---an experience in indulgence.
