Carrabba's Italian Grill Description:
The focus at Carrabba's is on customers having a good time and part of that undoubtedly is because they can get their food quickly. Diners can watch their meals being prepared on the open grill, which dominates the interior. Consequently, the menu features lots of grilled items, pizzas and pastas. While not exclusively a pizza menu, there are more than 30 choices---many more if you add all the variations possible with the Ti Piace pizza (Italian for create your own). But not everyone comes for the pasta or the pizzas. Appetizers can range from calamari to cozze in bianco mussels. The latter are steamed, sautéed in a broth of garlic, onions and Italian liqueur, then finished with a lemon butter sauce with fresh basil. Popular entrées include chicken Bryan, which is chicken breast finished with a lemon butter sauce, sun-dried tomatoes and fresh basil. Or try the lobster ravioli (pasta stuffed with lobster in a white wine sauce with diced tomatoes).
