The restaurant offers more than just a menu since it is also a museum; it is located in the recently restored 14th century building of the Guild of Judges and Notaries with a major cycle of frescoes. Before sitting down to eat, it is worth taking the time to look at the frescoes (including the first portrait of Dante) in the dining area or head underground to see the Roman era archaeological remains. The interior design is modern and elegant, while the cuisine is based on the flavors and aromas of southern Italy and those of Tuscany. The wine list is ample, with wines from all over Italy.
