Horsemen Lodge Restaurant Description:
Steakhouse featuring premium hand cut steaks, oak-pit barbecue, fresh trout and seafood specialties, as well as an extensive salad bar and complimentary dessert served with every meal.
Bob Lupo, who opened Horsemen Lodge back in 1975, has made the place an exuberant tribute to the working cowboy, featuring displays of chaps and hats, paintings by top Western artists and a wide variety of taxidermy that make the American West, well, come to life. The menu features USDA Prime steaks along with boneless trout served breaded and topped with roasted pine nuts or stuffed and topped with Romano cheese, even sautéed with tomatoes, mushrooms and basil in white wine sauce. Other seafood like salmon, scallops and shrimp is available, as well as specials like veal Marsala and pesto chicken, generous pastas and oak-pit barbecued beef and pork ribs. Come hungry and don't forget to save room for the complimentary ice cream.
