In business since 1994, the Beaver Street Brewery & Whistle Stop Café remains Flagstaff's premier brewpub restaurant. Family-oriented fare features pizzas from a wood-fired, copper-clad oven on view in the display kitchen, plus casual beer-friendly fare as varied as steamed Thai curry mussels, hummus with pita, and quesadillas filled with grilled salmon. Inventive salads are a meal in themselves, and the Beaver Street Burger---infused with garlic, basil and sun-dried tomatoes---could be the best in town. At any given time, you can choose from five or six different house microbrews, and a billiards room adds just one more reason to stop by.
