Review :
I was the 4th car in the line up at the drive thought at 845pm. When I got to the order window. The message was "We are closed". The outside menu board and lights were still on. There were also 7 cars behind me in the drive through at this time. Inside the store there was a line up of 9 people, who where all being served. Why are all the lights still on and no staff to notify potential customers that the store is closed.

Review :
My husband and I recently went to this DQ and ordered burgers and fries. Our burgers were given to us, but the fries weren't ready and we waited minutes for them; in the meantime, the burgers became cold and soggy. Why they could not keep the burgers on the warmer until the fries were ready, I don't know. But I do know that we will not eat there again.
We weren't even instructed to sit and begin to eat our burgers and they would bring the fries to us when ready; they just let us stand there and wait.

Review :
Sat aug. 8th I purchased burger fries salad. Salad was brown lettuce and fluid in the container. Staff should not be selling products in that state. I did not see the manager but One should be trained to discard food in that state. One allows for harder buns on occasion but the salad it truely unacceptable.Wendy Driscoll alma ontario

The first time I went into the DQ in fergus with my girlfriend we both ordered, and had a decent experience untill another couple came in and ordered, they didnt want a bun because they were a cieliac, and therefore would make them severly sick. The owner came out and said "We cant give it to you without the bun." the customer said Well I have ordered it many times before without the bun. The owner yelled loudly "WELL I AM THE OWNER AND THATS NOT HOW WE DO IT HERE!` after that I told my girlfriend and I that we should go because we were not enjoying the atmosphere of the restaurant. As we were leaving I said loudly ``Hunny lets go to McDonalds and get a Blizzard, at least they dont yell at there customers there.`` The next time we went into the store the staff were there, and we ordered they began making the items, although at one point the staff dropped one of the spoons on the floor, in plain view of the customers, and my girlfriend and myself, they procceded to serve customers while leaving it on the floor and then when it came time to use it they picked it up rinsed it at the sink in the front (there was no soap) and used there fingers to `wash` it. They then put it in one of the bulk food containers and pulled out some peanuts for my ice cream, they then tried to serve it to me and I told them that they used the dirty spoon from the floor and that I would not accept that. The cashier argued with me that it was cleaned untill I asked her where the soap was, and then they made me a new one. I called in the next day to speak with a manager about the situation and after relaying the story his answer to me was ``Well I am the owner and my employees washed the spoon` he hung up the phone on me! I will not go back to that Dairy Queen under that owners terrible mismanagement
