Caribou Coffee Company Description:
Caribou Coffee started out as a young couple's mountain-top dream, and even though the shops are becoming a ubiquitous part of any strip mall, the warm, knotty pine interiors are less generic than its closest rival. We like starting the morning out with a couple shots of pure espresso and one of the big, sweet chocolate-y muffins. Or for another real indulgence, we order a "Caramel High Rise" with one of its scones.
