Bring a bottle of Gewürztraminer, and let its unique flavor meld with Wu's refined cuisine, which includes an array of dim sum and special dumplings, grandfather's chicken or spicy eggplant. The Peking duck is a crispy specialty. Maki is also on the menu, along with the French trout almandine.
