Carrabba's Italian Grill Description:
The open kitchen is faced by its Italian name---La Cucina---and antique-style copper utensils. Italian cooking forms the foundation of the flavors at this establishment. The mussels make a lovely starter---a good pile of the sweet, plump orange-fleshed critters in a thick garlic-and-basil-studded sauce. The crusty Italian bread serves nicely to sop up every drop. Check out the daily specials page for such treats as braised short ribs of beef on surprisingly al dente risotto, presented with crisply cooked broccoli. Tiramisu for dessert is a very safe bet, dusted with quite good chocolate. The wine list leaves you scratching your head, but persist and you'll find such reasonably priced delights as the Sartori Pinot Grigio and the Ducarosso Chianti Riserva. Lunch on Saturday and Sunday is the dinner menu served all day.
