Mellow Mushroom Description:
Each location of "The 'Shroom" may offer specials and customized dishes, but all of the whole-grain pizza dough is made with spring water, and there is no sugar added to the sauces. The house special pizza is composed with a grab bag of sundry ingredients; more classical is the version with pesto sauce and mozzarella. Sandwiches, which may come on whole-grain bread, include the Italian hoagie, accompanied by a mixed greens salad. About a half dozen beers are offered on draught. Other locations.
