Diners desiring fireworks hit the place midday, instead, for a lunch buffet that makes dinner unnecessary---possibly for days. The spectacular all-you-can-eat spread features a custom carving station, plus separate stations for other entrées, antipasti, soups, sushi, cheeses, desserts and more.
