Cramton Auditorium Description:

Parking:

Parking on campus lots is available at no cost after 5pm, unless otherwise noted. Metered spaces are free after 6:30pm & all day Saturday and Sundays.

Public Transportation:

Howard is on the Green Line(Howard University/Shaw Station). The Office of Parking & Shuttle Operations provides complimentary shuttle service from the station. Cramton Auditorium is a ten minute walk from the station.

General Rules:

There is no standard dress code as types of performances vary greatly. Shirts and shoes are required at all times.


Driving direction to Cramton Auditorium:
MD-Take I-495 to Georgia Ave.(Silver Spring). Take Georgia Ave. to Howard Place(aprox. 7 miles). Turn left at corner (6th St). Cramton Auditorium is the last building on the right.

VA-I-395 to the 12th St exit. Turn right onto Constitution Ave. Follow Constitution Ave to 7th St. and turn left. Follow 7th St. (at Florida Ave, 7th St becomes Georgia Ave) to Howard Place (approx 4 blocks from Florida Ave) and turn right. Left at corner (6th St). Cramton Auditorium is the last building on the right.
