You'll find everything, from spicy tuna and grilled salmon to miso soup, vegetable spring rolls, and wasabi and pork shu mai, and a whole lot of creations you may never have heard of. Dishes are color-coded so staff knows how much to charge at the end of your eating bonanza. Puzzled? Nearby waitstaff can help you out. There's also a menu, but that takes away from the fun of the conveyor belt. Takeout is also available, and so is dessert: the green tea mousse will catch your fancy.
