Forest Room 5 Description:
A neighborhood bar has been transformed into an urban hotspot with a great view of downtown Denver. A tin ceiling and brick walls are all that remain of the former nicotine-stained dive. Low-hanging pendant lights reflect off the stainless steel bar set along one mirrored wall---the other wall is all windows. Of the ten beers on tap, try the Guinness stout---a perfect draw. We also recommend the frutti di mare, a large bowl of shrimp, scallops and fish, tossed with pasta in a marinara wine-cream sauce; and the Forest steak sandwich, grilled filet mignon topped with roasted shallots and Gorgonzola, tucked between two slices of herbed focaccia.
