The Palm Description:
Like most high-end steakhouses, The Palm offers Prime-grade, dry-aged beef, several salads, including a Caesar, a wealth of potato options, creamed spinach and a slew of other usual-suspect side dishes. The irreverent caricatures of local celebrities on the walls carry on the corporate tradition started at the original Palm in New York City. Despite the fact that it's a bona fide steakhouse, The Palm also does a reasonably good job with the Italian side of the menu, too; the classic linguine in white clam sauce is perfectly fine and the veal martini with shallots, mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, white wine, Marsala and basil also satisfies. Also notable is the 16-ounce New York steak à la stone, sautéed with onions and roasted peppers. But the star of the show is the 20-ounce New York strip, a massive slab of steer grilled to order; no need for sides when you order this baby.
