Eric Johnson and Brian Gibson opened Gibby's in Grandview 10 years ago. Gibby's expanded to the Arena District and Polaris. Johnson and his wife Annette Bellisari, who also runs the catering company Bellisari's purchased full share in the Grandview location in 2007 and changed the name to E.J.'s Canyon Cafe.
