Ichiban Steakhouse offers Japanese cuisine cooked on an iron griddle (Teppanyaki style or hibachi) in front of the customers with an a combination of presentation and knife skills. This location on Hamilton Rd opened in 2005, entrees varying from steak, seafood, chicken and vegetables. Sauces include ginger and yum-yum. Popular sides include the flaming onion volcano. The Graceland location opened in the fall of 2007.
