Drunken Lobster: Tender moist lobster marinated in beer, then lightly dusted with flour and deep-fried. Served on a bed of sauteed onions, peppers, fire-roasted roma tomatoes and our new saffron rice. Served with flour tortillas, refritos, lettuce, Pico de Gallo, sour cream, fresh cilantro and shredded cheese.
