Cap City Fine Diner & Bar Description:
Although it's far from being a diner in the traditional sense, this buzzing venue pays homage to the diners of a bygone era. Almost everything on the menu is old-time American, with some updates: the Philly cheesesteak is made with white cheddar, and the signature meatloaf comes with special barbecue gravy and chili onion rings. The beer list is almost as extensive as the wine list, which we find very appropriate for Cameron Mitchell's most relaxed restaurant. Call ahead before you leave home and the restaurant will put your name on the waiting list.
