On I-20 from Florence, SC:
Travel I-20 West to Highway 277. On Highway 277, travel to the Farrow Road exit (Highway 555). On the exit, turn left onto Farrow Road. Travel to Harden Street and turn left. Travel approximately one mile; Benedict College will be on the left.

On I-26 from Orangeburg/Charleston:
