Parking:

Parking: Approximately 2,500 close-in parking spaces are available at Vail’s two parking garages in Vail Village and Lionshead. The parking spaces, 1,800 of them covered, allow easy access to festival venues.

Public Transportation:

Transportation: Vail has the largest free shuttle system in the country. Town of Vail busses run regularly between the eastern end of Vail Village and the western end of LionsHead. Scheduled buses to East Vail and West Vail run frequently as well. For information, call (970)479-2358.

General Rules:

• Screening Pass and Festival Pass holders are seated on a first come first serve basis until 15 minutes before showtime.
• Individual tickets will be sold and admitted 10 minutes before showtime.
• The Vail Film Festival does not guarantee seating. The Vail Film Festival makes every effort to screen sold out movies more than once so that Pass holders are able to see all the movies of their choice.
• No refunds or rainchecks.

Driving direction to Vail Colorado:
Driving:Vail is located in the central Rocky Mountains of Colorado, just 100 miles west of Denver and just 35 miles east of Eagle. I-70 is a scenic and direct route into Vail from just about anywhere! Once in Vail, follow the signage to the Main Vail Exit (176) where festival venues, lodging, parking and access to the mountain can be found. East and West Vail can also be easily accessed by exits (180 and 173) just before and after the Main Vail Exit.
Airports: Vail is easily accessible from Denver International Airport (DIA) or Eagle Airport (EGE).
