Vail Colorado Softball Fields Description:

Parking:

Free WestFest parking is available in the Vail Village and Lionshead parking structures along S. Frontage Road and I-70 . . . exit 176 at the main Vail roundabout. Follow the variable message signs for convenient access. Complimentary shuttle service is just steps away from both parking structures and throughout the town with frequent service to the WestFest venue.

For added convenience, close-in parking is available at Ford Park beginning at 7AM for a fee. The Ford Park is located one half mile east of the Vail Village parking structure along S. Frontage Road and directly connected to the WestFest site.

General Rules:

No pets, coolers, recording equipment, professional cameras, alcohol or food. Small umbrellas and other coverings allowed as long as it does not block the view of others.

Re-admittance to the Festival will be allowed. EMTs will be on site throughout the day. Schedules for both stages will be published in the Official Program along with a layout of the venue.

Miscellaneous:

10 different food vendors. Beer & Wine. Soft drinks & water.

THERE WILL BE A HOSPITALITY TENT CONNECTED TO THE GOLD CIRCLE SEATING AREA THAT WILL BE SERVING BEVERAGES THROUGHOUT THE DAY UPON RECEIPT OF A COUPON. ONE COUPON WILL BE GIVEN OUT TO EACH TICKET BUYER UPON ENTRY TO THE GOLD CIRCLE AREA. THEY WILL ALSO BE ALLOWED TO USE THE TENT AREA IN CASE OF EITHER SUN OR RAIN.

Take I-70 to the Main Vail Entrance. Follow signage to the parking structures.
