Q’s Restaurant has been serving Contemporary American Cuisine in its updated dining room in the historic Hotel Boulderado since 1997. Chef and Proprietor, John Platt, invites you for a carefully prepared Mango BBQ’d Shrimp Salad for lunch, a la carte brunch on weekends, or the Chef’s Choice 5-Course Tasting Menu for dinner. Or relax and enjoy the Corner Bar, our more casual venue, where happy hour drink prices are offered all day and late night food comes straight from Q’s Kitchen. Chef Platt and his staff take pride in preparing and serving an array of innovative cuisine emphasizing seasonal ingredients and classic cooking techniques.
