Sagami Description:
This is the Japanese restaurant that all the locals cut their teeth on---the first taste of sushi in the area. In a lack-luster part of South Jersey, it's as good today, and it still looks like a typical Kyoto restaurant---dark wooden booths, a low beamed ceiling, and the sushi bar in front where the masters wield their flashing knives. Bring you own sake, and try the daily specials---sometimes fried oysters---and hot dishes as well as the pristine sashimi and sushi. If there is toro around, or anything out of the ordinary, Sagami will have it, and it will be perfect. Sometimes the wait for a table is long, but it's worth it.
