Whalen changes his lively menu seasonally to make the most of current harvests and the freshest produce, herbs and spices. With starters like nachos with goat cheese, bacon and chives alongside dishes like the coffee-and-mustard-crusted pork tenderloin, this spot ranks among Tremont's---and Cleveland's---culinary must-dos. Neighborhood folks stop at the bar for a beer and a gourmet pizza, and diners on dates or closing deals gather around low-lit tables in the dining room. Fahrenheit is one of those few restaurants where the atmosphere and food are impressive but the menu has something for everyone, gourmand or otherwise.
