Cafe 56 Grill Description:
The name of this health-oriented, casual restaurant comes from the 56 salads on the menu. Whether you're a vegetarian or a carnivore, prefer chicken or steak, like chickpeas or peppers, there's a salad for you (and everyone you know). Try The Millionaire: mixed and wild greens, mild, crumbled blue cheese, artichoke hearts, Brie, fresh berries and cranberries. Or take a trip out west with The Arizona, a mélange of grilled flank steak, julienne turkey, Monterey jack cheese, crisp tortilla chips, black olives, sliced tomatoes and cucumbers. Besides the salads, soups, chili and wraps are offered. Service is cafeteria-style.
