Part of an upscale chain of seafood restaurants that aims to please both pedestrian and adventurous seafood eaters, Bonefish serves hand-cut grub, cooked on a wood-burning grill and flown in fresh every day. Enjoy one of eight fish selections on any given night, including Atlantic salmon, mahi mahi, sea scallops, shrimp and Chilean sea bass---or taste one of the grilled items such as the Fontina chop or chicken Marsala. The restaurant shares a corporate parent and in this location, a building, with Outback Steakhouse---but dark wood, romantically dimmed lighting and a cool, spacious bar go a long way toward making the experience a touch more unique. At happy hour, order a pomegranate martini and some crab cakes, and prop yourself at the long granite table in the bar---the vibe is upscale and friendly.
