Winking Lizard Description:
The Lakewood location of this local chain, known for its menu of bar fare and an impressive selection of beers, is centered in a rambling former Elks Lodge, complete with a bowling alley on the lower level. There are several varieties of burgers, wraps, sandwiches and salads. Each is generously portioned and served with thick-cut fries. The Lizard also is known for its wings, ranging in heat from mild to "Hot Hot Hot 911," which branch out to teriyaki and garlic flavors. Another attraction here is the World Tour of Beers, which taunts sturdy drinkers to sample over 100 beers during the course of a year.
