This snug, brick-walled restaurant is fronted by a wall of windows overlooking the citizenry of quirky, diverse Coventry. The Inn sometimes gets passed by with its unassuming wooden tables and rustic feel, but once inside, the friendly setting and home-style fare makes a believer out of anyone. The breakfast menu is where this kitchen shines---it offers up over a dozen dishes all day long. The feta, spinach, tomato and olive omelet is a winner as are the Frisbee-size pancakes. At dinner, entrées like turkey and dressing, chicken paprikash, crab cakes with red pepper-hollandaise sauce and chicken breast sautéed in wine, garlic, scallions and Parmesan are draws. Get there early for Sunday brunch; there's often a long line to get in.
