At this downtown joint, patrons can create endless combinations of noodles from all over Asia, using Tea House Noodles' basic chicken, shrimp, vegetables or tofu with a choice of brown rice or flat rice noodles and several sauces and broths (including peanut, curry, sweet-hot, coconut-ginger and miso). Everything about the place, other than the portions, is small: the menu, the prices and the storefront space itself. Most of the business is carry-out, and the line for hot noodle bowls frequently winds out the door.
