Jane Snow of the Akron Beacon-Journal states it best in an article titled: "Spaghetti time again"
In the article it states "The New York Spaghetti House, a Cleveland institution for decades, was mourned by its many fans when it closed three years ago.
Now it's back at the same location, but with new owners.
An investment group bought the rights to use the name and the recipes, manager Anthony Esquivel said. Several former employees were rehired, including two chefs.
The restaurant's extensive menu has been pared to a few favorites, such as veal Marsala and chicken Parmesan. The distinctive spaghetti with brown sauce is available, too.
The New York Spaghetti House is at 2173 E. Ninth St. Hours are 4 to 11 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. The phone is 216-621-2379."
