The outdoor patio, with its flower beds and good-looking crowd, is the place to spend a warm summer evening. Cool spring and autumn nights also are pleasant when spent outdoors. The contemporary-eclectic menu features dishes hailing from the Pacific Rim, the Mediterranean and the good ol' U.S. of A. Start with the tuna and scallop "martini" with guacamole and chipotle mayo, topped with caviar and served in a martini glass with plantain chips. The go-to main dish is the 18-hour short ribs with corn fondue, Vidalia onion rings, caramelized Southern peaches and demi-glace. For dessert, the "Bananas in a Box"---sautéed bananas and pastry cream in petite chocolate boxes drizzled with chocolate and caramel---is not to be missed.
