Graeter's Ice Cream Description:
Graeter's still uses the century-plus-old recipes for its incredibly rich and creamy flavors, like caramel and deep, dark chocolate. They also offer eagerly awaited seasonal favorites, such as amaretto crunch, black cherry, black walnut or peppermint stick. The ice cream is made by a laborious process in which workers use hand-carved paddles to scrape the ice cream from French pots the earliest ice cream makers produced.
