In response to "rotten"s review, if it's so terrible EVERYTIME, why do you KEEP going back?! When I go somewhere and find it as bad as you describe, I generally stay away and never go back!!
That being said, I like the Miller, it's a pub, not a family restaurant by any stretch of the imagination, so keep that in mind when you go there! If you like a pub atmosphere and a place to find and meet and have a laugh with friendly locals, it's top notch! The foods pretty good, this isn't 5 star dining, but being a pub attached to a cold beer store, I wouldn't expect it to be anymore than what it is, "pub grub", and it's terrific for that!
The Jolly Miller is what it is, a fine bar and grill and local watering hole!
I wrote this after reading the previous review posted by "rotten", whom sounds like a chronic complainer anyways, and I cannot stand hearing people say how bad a place is, followed by "each time I go"! You DO realize there are other places to eat in town don't you?!? Then again, judging from your poor spelling and grammar that wouldn't pass on a quiz handed out to a third grader, you probably don't know very much anyways!

my husband and i stopped in while we were waiting to pick upour daughter,i had just got of work we ordered mushroom caps and scallops after at least 15 minutes waiting fora server when we finaly received the food the mushrooms were over cooked and the scallops were still cold we sent them back and 15 minutes later we were served calamari they mixed up our order when i finally had the scallops served they were burnted. we walked out and just paid for our drinks and mushrooms and this is not the first time we were in this place everytime we go back to try it again that is how we are served itis like they only cater to the young guys that plaster themselves with beer.
