Equally adept at both of its namesake eats, meals begin---and end---with seasonally inspired bounty. Prince Edward Island mussels are mouthwatering when finished with lemon, garlic and parsley; and butter-poached lobster risotto with arugula and Grana cheese is luxurious and comforting at once. Do be sure to snag the lovely, super-crispy beef tallow frites. At meal's end, try the milk chocolate-walnut pie, if available.
