Rosebud Trattoria Description:
In the scheme of things, this Italian restaurant is pretty much more of the same. Delivered from the folks behind Rosebud, it serves traditional dishes (the Parmigiana family, for example), though many of the selections are sauced with satisfying substance. We like Mama's meatballs, the wood-burning oven pizzas, grandma's gravy with braised beef and whipped ricotta and the spicy, fried calamari salad with Gorgonzola and red onions. Service is informed and professional.
