Phoenix Description:
The dining room is upstairs---accessed by elevator or the stairs; it's spacious, and it's busy no matter what time of day. The dim sum is first-rate and, accordingly, the selection is vast. If you can make it past the dim sum you'll find a menu that also affords irresistible, well-executed possibilities. The orange beef is first-rate---likewise the stuffed scallops. This is a great family place and an ideal locale for large groups. While we generally eschew desserts in Chinese restaurants, the mango pudding here is one closer that we never fail to order.
