Fogo de Chão Description:
Crowds flock to the churrascaria, a Brazilian-style steakhouse, with reckless abandon. It's safe to say that the all-you-can-eat, one-price-gets-everything arrangement has taken hold. This spot---with its high ceilings, moody lighting and spacious floor plan---is at the top of the ever-expanding heap of joints. The gauchos (waiters) who slice your meat right off the skewered roast are a little too focused on their craft but, by gosh, they are efficient. So, stop counting the calories and dive into the sizzling, spit-fired top sirloin, young leg of lamb and snappy sausages. Not to worry: non-meat eaters will find bountiful sustenance at the salad buffet.
