Byron's Hot Dog Haus Description:
Byron's is one of the more "upscale" hot dog stands around. The menu ranges far and wide, through all that Chicago fast food stands are known for: Vienna hot dogs (the skinless variety), Polish sausage, hamburgers, grilled chicken sandwiches, et al. The hot dog comes with all the important bun-stuffing necessities: mustard, relish, onions, tomatoes, pepper, pickle and celery salt---and it's simply great. The Polish is a big one that sticks out a half-inch on either end of the steamed bun, and it has a nice snap to it. The fries are terrific, too. Since you're going for broke anyway, finish things off with cheesecake or an ice cream brownie bar.
