Rebar Description:
Located on the mezzanine level of the Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago, Rebar overlooks the Chicago River and Michigan Avenue Bridge. While taking in the view, guests can sip cocktails like the Black Mamba made with Grey Goose vanilla vodka, coconut-infused rum and blackberries---served in half of a coconut. There is also a selection of Champagne, wine and sake by the glass, as well as domestic and imported beers and sipping spirits. The lounge menu offers sushi, sashimi and appetizers such as marinated bulgogi beef with garlic soy sauce, asparagus and sesame seeds. Desserts include an "Irish Deconstruction" cake moistened with Irish whiskey and topped with coffee and Baileys Irish Cream.
