A new heavy hitter has hit River North: BLT Restaurant alum Stephen Wambach's Epic. The bi-level American eatery and lounge is dishing out spiced lamb shank with preserved lemon and lamb jus and a selection of steaks and chops. As if that's not enough, former Charlie Trotter's pastry chef Christine McCabe is also in the house.
