General parking on pavement and grass adjacent to the facility. No fee. There is ample parking, including accessible parking.

Smoking is permitted. No cameras, coolers or pets. Bring Lawn Chairs - event is general admission.

Miscellaneous:

This year is the 23rd annual Beeffest. Ticket includes a meal served from 4pm to 6:30pm with Bar-B-Q Beef, beans and cole slaw, plus alchol. All proceeds go to the Deep Creek Ruritan Community.
Groups of 25 or more receive a discount. Groups call (757) 543-2088 to place an order.
