Ordered the steak Med /Rare and it came back well done so they tried again and this time it was Med/well so if you are looking to get a nice steak the way you ordered it avoid this place

Zero customer service, the owner could see what was happening as he was walking around the dining room like a chicken with his head cut off but could not offer any words or answer any questions

In 08 I purchased a $100 gift cert. for my parents.My credit card was charged and my parents never recieved the cert. When I called to complain I spoke to Richard . He told me to have them come in and he would take care of it. They had lunch costing no more than $35. and were told everything had been taken care of. I again called Richard and asked what happened to the balance. My intention was for my parents to have a nice dinner. Richard has made no attempt to right the situation when he had promised to take care of this.Here it is almost July of 09! The next step is to call the better business bureau and write an article in the Ch'town paper if Richard does not call me soon. sincerely Heather Smith 970-963-1414

I recently visited PEI to visit some family and the first night we were there they took me to Pilot House for dinner. I was amazed at the clash of styles where a portion is pub like and the other a swanky, upscale dining room. I ordered the Scallops with Thai Green Curry which was excellent and not too spicy. Service was quick and polite and the ambience was intimate with a casual flare. Highly recommended.
