Parking:
Directions to UVA Emmet/Ivy Parking Garage – Utilize exit 118B off Interstate 64 and travel toward Charlottesville on the 29/250 Bypass. Take second exit onto Route 250 Business East. Turn right at the top of the exit. Turn left at third traffic signal into garage entrance.Directions to UVA Health System Garage – Utilize exit 120 off Interstate 64 and travel toward Charlottesville. On Ridge Street turn left at the Cherry Avenue traffic light. Turn right at the 9th/10th Street Connector traffic light. Turn left into the UVA Hospital area. At the three way stop turn left onto Lane Road. Turn left on 15th Street and go straight 1.5 blocks into the entrance gates of the Health System Parking Garage.
Directions to Central Grounds Garage – Utilize exit 118B off Interstate 64 and travel toward Charlottesville on the 29/250 Bypass. Take second exit onto Route 250 Business East. Turn right at the top of the exit. Turn right onto Emmet Street at fourth traffic signal, travel 2 blocks, turn left into the Central Grounds Garage.
Directions to University Hall/John Paul Jones Arena – Utilize exit 118B off Interstate 64 and travel toward Charlottesville on the 29/250 bypass. Take third exit onto Leonard Sandridge Road. Go straight through two traffic signals onto Massie Road.
Directions to Fontaine – Utilize exit 118B off Interstate 64 and travel toward Charlottesville on the 29/250 bypass. Take first exit and turn right at bottom of the ramp onto Fontaine Avenue. Take first right into Fontaine Research Park.
Public Transportation:
Parking spaces may be available in one of the garages located on Market or Water Street. Patrons may utilize the football bus shuttle from Market & Water Street bus stops to and from the Stadium (2008 bus cost: $5.00/person). Both the garages and the shuttle are wheelchair accessible. Utilize exit 121 off Interstate 64 and follow the 3-Presidents signs to downtown.General Rules:
University of Virginia football should be an enjoyable experience for all guests. In order to promote athletic excellence and fan enjoyment, we ask for your assistance in displaying a high degree of sportsmanship at all times. Should you encounter any problems, please notify a member of the Event Staff. The University of Virginia reserves the right to remove from the stadium those individuals whose conduct disrupts players, coaches, officials or other guests. NO refunds will be given in these cases.- Alcoholic beverages ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED within Scott Stadium. Persons identified with alcohol will be asked to leave the premises. Guests appearing intoxicated will be subject to ejection and turned over to Police. NO refunds will be given in these cases.
- All banners, signs and flags are prohibited in Scott Stadium.
- Still cameras with lenses less than six inches are allowed, however flash photography and stands/tripods are prohibited. Video cameras are not allowed inside the stadium.
- All gates open 2 hours prior to kick off.
- Prohibited items at Scott Stadium include, but are not limited to:
• Horns, whistles or artificial noisemakers of any kind
• Alcoholic beverages
• Bags and Backpacks
• Balls of any type
• Containers (i.e. bottled water, etc.)
• Coolers (hard or soft sided)
• Food of any kind
• Glass bottles
• Strollers
• Tripods
• Umbrellas
• Video/movie camera
- There is NO re-entry.
- All persons entering the stadium will be subject to a visual search by stadium personnel prior to entering the gates. In addition, persons carrying purses, diaper bags, etc. will be asked to open such items for inspection.
- Virginia is committed to providing a smoke-free environment in all its facilities, both indoor and outdoor. Smoking WILL NOT BE PERMITTED in stadium seating areas, restrooms or entryways leading to the seating area.

FROM THE EAST/WEST:
- I-64 to exit 118B (Culpeper-Charlottesville).
- Take second exit (sign will say University of Virginia Information Center and Business 250 East) and bear right onto Ivy Rd.
- At second stoplight, turn right on to Alderman Rd. Go 8/10ths of a mile and Scott Stadium will be on left side.
- Parking for football games is at University Hall or garages (see directions below).
FROM THE NORTH:
- Take Route 29 south into Charlottesville (Emmet St).
- Turn right at Ivy Rd.
- Go the next stoplight and turn left onto Alderman Rd. Stay on Alderman Rd. for 8/10ths of a mile and Scott Stadium will be on left side.
- Parking for football games is at University Hall or garages (see directions below).
FROM THE SOUTH:
- Take Route 29 to Business Route 250 East (sign will say University of Virginia Information Center) and bear right onto Ivy Rd.
- At second stoplight, turn right on to Alderman Rd. Go 8/10ths of a mile and Scott Stadium will be on left side.
