Take I-85 south from Raleigh/Winston-Salem/Greensboro. Follow to I-77 South. Follow until the 5th and Trade St. east exit downtown (Exit #10B). Follow Trade St. for 1/2 mile until reaching McDowell St. Travel 2 blocks and the hotel will be on the left.

From the south:
Take I-85 north from Atlanta/South Carolina up to Exit 36 (Brookshire Freeway-Hwy 16). Turn right onto Brookshire and follow for 2 miles until it changes to I-277. Follow for 2 miles to Exit #2-A (3rd/4th Sts.). Turn left onto South McDowell St. Travel 2 blocks and the hotel will be on the left.

From the East:
Take Hwy 74 (Independence Blvd). from Monroe and follow signs to the John Belk Freeway (277 South). Take the 3rd/4th St. exit of 277 South and get in the far left lane. Turn left onto McDowell St. and travel several blocks-the hotel will be on the left.

From I-77 north from South Carolina:
Take I-77 North to the 5th/Trade ST. Exit downtown (Exit #10B). Follow Trade St. for 1/2 mile until reaching McDowell St. Travel 2 blocks and the hotel will be on the left.

From I-77 south from Statesville/Hickory:
Follow I-77 South to Exit 11 (Brookshire Freeway 16S turns into 277S). Take Exit 2A (3rd/4th Sts.) and turn left on 4th St. Turn left on South McDowell St. and the hotel will be 2 blocks ahead on the left.
