Chef William Schutz and Sonoma owner Pierre Bader continue to raise the bar with a striking design concept and a weekly changing California wine country cuisine. The all-natural meat and wild seafood selections are prepared simply so the ingredients shine. Desserts range from a classic crème brûlée to chocolate torte with pistachio ice cream. American choices make up most of the wine list, but the list also offers nice offshore picks from up-and-coming regions. Call ahead to ask about the $30 3-course dinner menu on show nights.
