The Pewter Rose Description:
Pewter Rose is on the second story of a renovated textile mill and draws regular crowds because of its quirky charm and tasty fare. Little is quirky about the food, though: solid classics hit the mark time and again, including osso buco and steak au poivre, both turned out nicely by executive chef Geoff Bragg. Owner Susie Peck crafts the wine list to complement the menu. Adjacent Tutto Mondo is Pewter Rose's sister club and draws the after-dinner crowd with music, a DJ and food from Pewter Rose's menu.
