Pig-N-Chik Bbq Description:
There's no fooling around with slow smoking barbecue at this establishment. The moist pulled pork and ribs are the meats to target at Jim Graddy and Bill Marrack's 'cue operation, although one may also opt for beef, chicken or "Uncle Rick's" hot-smoked salmon served cold. The house sauce is a thick, tomato-based concoction, but we far prefer the thinner Eastern Carolina vinegar-pepper and South Carolina-style mustard sauces. Brunswick stew is peppery and has good body although purists will quibble about the lima beans. Baked beans are similarly spiced. The Bubba lunch---Moon Pie and RC Cola---is available at this location, too, which is larger than the Sandy Springs branch.
